I drove my 2014 MB Sprinter with a long wheelbase and high roof in to see if they could fit it into thier building after I was crashed into. Bob, the owner came out to look at it, gave him a copy of the initial State Farm estimate. They started repairs about a week later. Jonathan became my primary contact who would call me weekly with updates. Keep in mind this was about a $21K job. They started tearing into it to determine what parts were needed including a drivers side quarter panel which happens to be about 10 feet long and 6 - 7 feet high and a zillion other small pieces. Mercedes was not great in getting the correct parts or the big panel delivered in usable condition, it took 4 panels to get on in good enough condition for them to use. Once they had all of the parts they moved very quickly and efficiently, completing the job in less time than I expected and at a high quality level. Having had similar work done previously by a MB certified shop, I can honestly say that the quality of workmanship performed by Bob's crew at Euro Collision far exceeded the work previously done. Johathan and Bob were on top of things from start to finish, great to work with.
