Keeping You Safe
EURO Collision has adapted operational processes and has put into effect safety precautions to avoid the spread of Coronavirus among our customers and service team. Our protective measures include social distancing, electronic communication and technology whenever possible, the utilization of personal protective equipment (PPE) by our technicians and representatives when servicing your vehicle and sanitizing all vehicles with disinfectants at drop-off and pick-up and delivery. During the repair process, one-time use wheel covers, floor covers and gloves will be implemented while your vehicle is in our center’s care. In addition, we are deep cleaning our premises multiple times a day with disinfectants.
Other saftey precautions include:
- During drop-off or pick-up a vehicle, you may call us from the parking lot and a customer service representative will come to your vehicle to provide/collect all necessary information. Our representative will wear a mask and gloves for safety precaution.
- If you need a car rental, you may wait in your vehicle until the rental company comes.
- Whenever possible, we will use electronic communication, such as email or Docusign to notify you and get a signature.
- Upon pick-up and delivery, your vehicle and key will be cleaned and disinfected before you enter your vehicle to assure you a safe interior to enter.
